Having trouble finding or opening your printable? Most download issues can be solved in just a few minutes.
Check your order confirmation email
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email containing your download link.
Your download will be provided as a .zip file containing one or more printable PDF files. If you can't find the email, check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
Download and unzip your files
Click the download link in your order email and save the .zip file to your device.
Extract (unzip) the file to access your printable PDF file or files inside.
Open your PDF files
Once you've extracted the .zip file, open the PDF using your device's default PDF application or another PDF reader.
You can print your files as many times as you like for your personal use.
Download again if needed
If your download was interrupted or didn't complete successfully, simply download the .zip file again using your original download link.
A stable internet connection helps prevent incomplete downloads.

I can't find my order email
Check your spam, junk or promotions folder and make sure you're looking in the same email account you used during checkout.
I downloaded a .zip file
That's expected. Your purchase is delivered as a .zip file. Simply extract (unzip) it to access your printable PDF file or files.
The PDF won't open
Make sure you've extracted the .zip file first, then open the PDF using your device's default PDF application or another PDF reader.
