These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the use of this website and purchases made from One Page Forward ("we", "us", or "our"), a business based in Finland.

By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Our products

We primarily sell digital printable products, including PDF trackers, habit printables, journal pages, planners, and other downloadable resources.

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, our products are digital products and no physical item will be shipped.

Product images, mockups, lifestyle images, screens, stationery, printers, and other objects shown in promotional images are for presentation purposes only unless expressly stated as included.

2. Product information

We aim to describe our products accurately and provide clear information about included file formats, page sizes, and product contents.

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, printer, ink, paper, and print settings.

You are responsible for checking the product description and compatibility information before purchasing.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Orders are subject to successful payment processing.

We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, pricing errors, technical errors, or legal restrictions.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in our store or checkout.

Applicable taxes may be included in or added to the price depending on the customer's location and applicable tax rules.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Delivery of digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically.

After a successful purchase, access to purchased files may be provided through a download page, order confirmation, email, customer account, or another digital delivery method used by our store.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the device, software, and internet connection required to download and use the files.

6. Digital content and right of withdrawal

Consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer law.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery of the digital content begins if you have expressly consented to delivery beginning during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, as required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Personal use licence

Unless a product page or separate licence expressly states otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal use.

You may:

download purchased files for your personal use
save a personal copy of the files
print the files multiple times for your own personal use
use the files digitally in compatible personal note-taking or annotation software

8. Prohibited uses

Unless you have our prior written permission or a separate licence, you may not:

share the digital files with another person
email or distribute copies of the files
upload the files to a shared drive, group, website, marketplace, or file-sharing service
resell the files
redistribute the files for free
claim the designs or files as your own
modify the files for resale or redistribution
use the files to create products for sale
use the files as templates for competing commercial products
use one personal-use purchase for clients, students, customers, teams, workshops, or groups

9. Intellectual property

The website, product designs, printable layouts, graphics, text, branding, and digital files are owned by or licensed to One Page Forward and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, ownership, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights to you.

10. Printing and technical compatibility

Our printable products are designed for the file formats and paper sizes stated on the relevant product page.

Print results may vary depending on the printer, paper, ink, software, device, colour settings, and print settings used.

Unless otherwise stated, we generally recommend printing PDF printables at 100% or Actual Size using the correct paper size.

11. Habit trackers and informational content

Our Paths, trackers, journals, printables, articles, and other resources are designed as general habit-tracking, planning, reflection, and informational tools.

They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, addiction, or health condition.

Our products and content do not replace medical, psychological, nutritional, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You are responsible for deciding whether a particular goal, challenge, routine, or activity is appropriate for you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
