This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from One Page Forward, a business based in Finland.

Digital products

Our products are digital products delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

Consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery of the digital content begins if you have expressly consented to delivery beginning during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, as required by applicable law.

Where these legal requirements have been met and the purchased digital content has been made available to you, you may no longer have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase simply because you changed your mind.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Problems with your digital files

If your file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, incomplete, or does not correspond to the product you purchased, please contact us at info@onepageforward.com.

Please include your order number and a short description of the problem.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide access to the correct file, replace the defective digital file, or provide another remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us at info@onepageforward.com as soon as possible.

We will review duplicate purchase requests individually.
